Monique Silva is Head of Information Technology at Progressive Building Society. She is responsible for delivering key strategic and operational projects and has successfully supported the Society’s growth strategy by modernising, improving and implementing new processes and systems across the business.

Monique has worked in the IT industry for over twenty years and has extensive experience working in the Energy and Finance sectors. Before joining Progressive Building Society in 2019, Monique supported the implementation of key strategic projects in both Brazil and Northern Ireland, where she held a number of senior management positions, leading teams in operations and business transformation projects. Monique is passionate about building an environment that allows her team to upskill and knowledge transfer.
