Ticket prices for the 2022 conference, exhibition and dinner have all been frozen at 2019 rates. We very much look forward to welcoming our members, associates, sponsors and exhibitors to reconnect, network and exchange ideas at our flagship conference.

Cancellations

The BSA understands that many delegates may have concerns about registering for an event that is months away. To help alleviate some of these concerns, the BSA is offering the following refund policy if your plans to attend the Conference are impacted by COVID restrictions:

Delegate passes, exhibition tickets and single conference dinner places can be cancelled without penalty by Friday 8th April 2022. Dinner tables can be cancelled without penalty until Friday 18th March 2022. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to conference@bsa.org.uk for approval.

If individual delegate passes, exhibition tickets or single conference dinner places are cancelled after Friday 8th April, due to newly imposed government restrictions, you will be eligible for a refund (please note any cancellation made after 2nd May 2022 will not be refunded). No-shows are also non-refundable.

Delegates are responsible for cancelling any hotel or other travel related reservations.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds may not be issued until after the event has taken place.

Substitutions can be made at any time.
