We look forward to welcoming our members, associates, sponsors and exhibitors to reconnect, network and exchange ideas at our flagship conference in 2026.

GROUP BOOKINGS - MEMBER OFFER

Every fifth 'two-day delegate' you register will receive  a 50% discount off their full conference ticket. Discounts will be applied once the booking has been received and checked, and will be refunded after the conference. This offer is for Building Society and Credit Union Members only.

Cancellations

Delegate passes, exhibition tickets and single conference dinner places can be cancelled without penalty until Friday 27th March 2026. Dinner tables can be cancelled without penalty until Friday 6th March 2026. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to conference@bsa.org.uk for approval.

Delegates are responsible for cancelling any hotel or other travel related reservations.

Substitutions can be submitted up until Friday 24th April without charge.
