GROUP BOOKINGS - MEMBER OFFER
Every fifth 'two-day delegate' you register will receive a 50% discount off their full conference ticket. Discounts will be applied once the booking has been received and checked, and will be refunded after the conference. This offer is for Building Society and Credit Union Members only.

Cancellations
Delegate passes, exhibition tickets and single conference dinner places can be cancelled without penalty until Friday 4th April 2025. Dinner tables can be cancelled without penalty until Friday 14th March 2025. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to conference@bsa.org.uk for approval.
Delegates are responsible for cancelling any hotel or other travel related reservations.
Substitutions can be submitted up to 48hrs before the conference.
