He has pioneered the firms approach to putting customers and colleagues at the heart of digital transformation and has recently co-authored the widely regarded 2023/24 Customer Experience Excellence Report which this year introduces the concept of the AI Colleague and explores how organisations can drive value through thoughtful application of deep learning and generative AI.
