CEO’s Forum – Building Societies and the AI Horizon: Customer Excellence and Trusted AI

12:00 - 13:15
Wednesday 8 May 2024

Generative AI and the use of AI technologies is increasingly at the forefront of organisational agendas – how and if it can be used to help improve the customer experience, drive cost savings and address operational challenges and issues. Co-hosted with KPMG, this session will demystify AI, what it means for Building Societies, and how to approach it safely. We will focus on internal application with specific use cases, as well as customer experience enhancements through technology, grounded in a trusted control framework. The session will be held in the KPMG Ignition centre – a collaboration facility that brings together insights, people and technology to spark innovation and creative outcomes and solutions. A session not to be missed.

This session is by invitation only, and open to BSA Member Building Societies and Credit Unions CEO’s only.
