With extensive experience in financial services, Katie previously served as Head of Client Solutions at Target Group. Prior roles at Computershare and Capita showcased her expertise in mortgage operations and strategic leadership.

Katie is responsible for applying her experience and Target’s technical, operational, and digital capabilities to drive disruption and innovation in the mortgage market. She focuses primarily on enhancing customer experience and has a wealth of mortgage market and outsourcing experience, often focusing on establishing new entrants in the market.

Most recently, Katie led the creation of Mortgage Hub, Target’s award-winning mortgage origination solution. She aimed to revolutionise the mortgage process by addressing operational inefficiencies, making it more competitive and enhancing the application experience for lenders, brokers, and customers. With best-in-class user experience at the core of its development, Katie’s vision focused on transforming the home-buying journey from uncertainty to confidence, emphasising an emotional connection over mere transactions. By harnessing the power of open banking, automated valuation modelling, and industry-leading API integration capabilities, Mortgage Hub has emerged to address systemic industry challenges.
