Her tenure at Hinckley & Rugby Building Society, which spans over six years, has been particularly transformative. With a background in Risk & Compliance, in 2019 an exciting opportunity presented itself, to start leading the Society on its ESG and climate journey which has been a remarkable and interesting learning experience, delving into the complexities of sustainable finance and the evolving landscape of corporate responsibility. Clare’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping the Society’s strategic direction towards sustainability and greater climate change awareness, and her ability to innovate and adapt in the face of emerging challenges has not only elevated the Society’s standing within the industry but has also positioned it as a beacon of responsible business practices.
