With a decade of experience working within the credit union sector, mainly focusing on branding and marketing, Jo is the Chief Business Development Officer for No1 CopperPot Credit Union. Jo recently graduated from the Building Society Association and Loughborough University Masters course, gaining an MSc in Strategic Leadership. She has also recently been elected to the board of UK Credit Unions Ltd, a trade association for credit unions.
