Vincent Maagdenberg

Vincent Maagdenberg is the Group Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of Rabobank and member of the Managing Board. He is responsible for the management of both Financial (amongst others Credit and Market Risk) and Non-Financial Risk (amongst others Operational, Compliance and Model Risk). He was appointed as Group CRO on April 1, 2023 and joined the Managing Board the same day. Furthermore, Vincent is a member of the North America Board for Rabobank.

Vincent studied Business Econometrics at Erasmus University in Rotterdam and also holds the Global Executive OneMBA from the same university. Before he joined Rabobank, Vincent worked for ING in various roles, both nationally and internationally. He has a broad experience for both Retail and Wholesale banking. He has been commercially responsible for ING WB’s global lending portfolio spanning over 40 countries after having developed himself as a risk professional in the domestic retail domain. His latest role within ING was Chief Transformation Officer ING Wholesale Bank leading this business unit into the digital future.
