With over 12 years at the Society, she brings experience across operational management, programme delivery, conduct, and compliance. A recent highlight includes leading the Society’s implementation of Consumer Duty, driving meaningful, business-wide change. Sarah has also served on the Conduct Risk Committee, helping shape key decisions on customer outcomes and regulatory compliance.
