Michael joined Newcastle Building Society in 2008 and for the past 15 years led the society’s mortgage operations function, latterly as Mortgage Director. In 2023 he was promoted the role of Chief Customer Officer with responsibility for all customer, distribution and commercial teams ensuring members receive outstanding service and good outcomes.
