Mark Taylor is a London-based Partner and the co-leader of Customer First, Oliver Wyman’s Group innovation offering that integrates Oliver Wyman and Lippincott capabilities to help organisations that respond to disruption triggered by changing customer expectations, industry evolution, and digitisation.
He brings over 20 years of international experience in customer transformation and innovation, helping organisations realise new growth based on customer needs and insights. He has worked directly with some of the UK’s leading retail banks and building societies on a range of issues including new channel propositions, customer experience management, and digital identity.
Mark comes to Oliver Wyman from Salesforce Office of Innovation in San Francisco, a human-centred design and professional services practice, where he supported transformation leaders to build next-generation solutions and propositions that transform their businesses around their customers.
