Isabel is a seasoned Payments and FinTech industry expert with over a decade of experience. Since joining Nationwide Building Society as Digital Payments & Cards Director, she has also been appointed Deputy Director of Payments and continues to bring her start-up/scale-up experience to further Nationwide’s ambitions.

Prior to joining Nationwide, Isabel held key positions at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Lloyd’s Bank, Banked, Zopa, and Shieldpay.

Isabel’s a recognised industry thought leader, contributing to events and publications in the FinTech and Payment spaces globally. As a passionate advocate for inclusivity in finance and technology and actively seeks to mentor a variety of people to encourage more diversity in FinTech & Payments. She’s a member of industry groups, including Women of FinTech, Women in Payments, and the 19% List and sits on advisory boards across the ecosystem.

With her extensive expertise, Isabel wants to help shape the future of payments and ignite people’s passion for the ecosystem.
