Harriet Guevara is Chief Savings Officer at Nottingham Building Society. She is responsible for shaping and delivering the Savings strategy and Savings member proposition across branch and physical channels to support the Society’s growth strategy and help more members to own their own home. Prior to moving into the Chief Savings Officer role, Harriet was Chief of Staff – leading the strategic review in 2022 and supporting the wider Executive team in execution across key strategic programmes.

Harriet has worked in Financial Services for nearly twenty years, starting her career in Finance and Treasury roles in various International Banks before joining Nottingham Building Society in 2017.

Harriet is passionate about driving the right culture for transformations to succeed and sponsors the Society’s Women’s network.
