Prior to joining the Melton Building Society, Liz had a 25+ year career in financial services risk management at Deutsche Bank and RBS/NatWest – latterly as Deputy Chief Risk Officer for NatWest Holdings. In addition to her role at The Melton, she sits as an external expert member of the Audit & Risk Committee for Samaritans and is a qualified executive coach and therapeutic counsellor.
