Damian joined Nationwide in February 2023 and currently serves as Director of Mortgage Intermediaries and Partnerships, having previously held the role of Commercial Director for Landlords. He brings 30 years of experience across building societies, banks and specialist lenders, and has also served as Managing Director of Retail at Aldermore Bank. Alongside his executive roles, Damian has worked with colleagues on the UK Finance Mortgage Board, where he also served as Deputy Chair. He is additionally a trustee of The Nationwide Foundation.
