This session aims to explore how different stakeholders (lenders, surveyors, risk analysts, property tech developers) perceive customers’ understanding of climate risks and financial implications including co-benefits. Using polls and group discussions, we’ll examine knowledge gaps, communication challenges, and motivations that shape decision-making. The session will also start to test potential approaches for effective risk messaging and customer engagement.
