The stand package

Stand and equipment We provide you with a 3×3 metre shell scheme stand in a high visibility spot close to the catering and delegate relaxation areas. You receive a fascia board displaying your company name, two 120-watt spotlights and a 500-watt electricity socket.

Entry You receive six passes for the conference allowing access to all areas of the event. Selected presentations are also screened into the exhibition hall, so staff members can also follow the discussions from there. Additional passes are available at discounted rates.

Food and refreshments A high-quality buffet lunch is provided for staff members in the exhibition hall and refreshments are available during the show from our coffee bars.
